A West Cork collaboration born from two craft traditions. We've paired our Single Pot Still whiskey and our Single Pot still Marsala finish with Koko Kinsale's handmade chocolate to create three indulgent varieties: Whiskey Caramel, Whiskey & Raisin, and Whiskey & Ginger.

Each piece carries the warmth and depth of our whiskey, balanced by Koko Kinsale's expertise in small-batch chocolate making. Available exclusively in our distillery shop, and featured as part of our premium tour experience.
