PRICE OF GOODS The price listed on the Website (the 'Price') for Clonakilty Distillery products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong.
ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION
Images on our website are for illustration only and might not be an exact representation of the product. Occasionally it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.
When you purchase online, you will have the right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered if returned in a resalable condition. Please see the third-party seller’s website for further details.
BREAKAGES / DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your delivery is damaged in transit; . just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your Order Reference and enclosing photographic evidence of the damage.We will then contact you to to arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Policy and Shipping Costs We only offer shipping to EU countries, the UK, Norway & Switzerland We will endeavour to dispatch the Products to you within 7 working days of your order where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 28 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.

Important Information Whilst we try to maintain a very high standard of service there is always an element of risk in sending alcohol overseas. Therefore we must warn our customers that there may be possibilities of customs charges or seizures when sending goods to certain countries. In the event of such charges or seizures we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation or refund. If you have any concerns regarding shipping to a specific country then we recommend contacting us first before placing an order. Note that we do not offer a pay and collect service at this time.
All online sales are securely processed by Paymentsense. Payments can be made by either Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard. All payments will be in Euro. At the moment payment by American Express can not be processed . If you'd like to pay by bank transfer, we recommend emailing the order, shipping information plus gift message and/or special instructions and then phoning with payment details.
